I applaud your bravery, T.K. In my youth I hitchhiked and backpacked through Europe with a friend, but traveling to Africa? Nope! I’ll stick with the zoo.

This brought back so many wonderful memories. I took a similar trip to Africa in 1992. I’d just read “Out of Africa” and couldn’t wait to go there. I’m glad you took the trip!
